Alaska Fire Service makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the program, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Alaska Fire Service does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the software or any accompanying written materials in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness or otherwise. You assume the entire risk as to the results of the use of the software and written material.

• Limitation of Liability

Alaska Fire Service and Randy Lenon expressly disclaim any liability of any kind for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of or inability to use ICECAP, including, without limitation, incidental, consequential, direct (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like), indirect or special damages of any kind, even if Alaska Fire Service or Randy Lenon is aware of the possibility of such damages.

• License

ICECAP is freeware. There is no shareware fee. There are no site license fees for the use of ICECAP within an organization or on an incident.

ICECAP is typically distributed with an expiration date. It is the users responsibility to obtain and use a current version.

Permission is granted to make and distribute copies of this software, provided this disclaimer notice is preserved on all copies. The software may not, however, be sold or distributed for profit, or included with other software, services, publications, or products which are sold or distributed for profit, without the permission of the author, and provided you give appropriate credit to both Randy Lenon and Alaska Fire Service.

Neither the runtime or FileMaker Pro version can be modified and then given, sold, transferred, or used by other businesses, companies, organizations, or individuals without express written permission from Randy Lenon. Modifications can be made for use within the business or organization acquiring the original copy.
