.DISCUSSION...
Southerly flow aloft will continue into Wed, then turn southwest
on Thu before becoming westerly Fri into the weekend. This pattern
will allow scattered showers south of the Brooks Range through Wed.
Showers will be more likely and heavier in the Central and Western
Interior today and tonight, spreading to the West Coast from the
Seward Pen south tonight, then spreading over NW AK and Central
Interior on Wed, then move over the Eastern and Northern Interior
Wed night and over the North Slope on Thu.
RH will remain above 40% this week.
More heavy rain coming late this week with the remains of
Tropical Storm Damrey.
